Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chinchwad, responsible for overseeing daily production operations across fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing activities. This role involves planning and scheduling production, allocating resources, and ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and delivery standards.

The Production

Manager coordinates with design, procurement, and quality teams, monitors performance metrics, and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. The role includes managing and mentoring shop-floor teams, resolving operational issues,



and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Manager also supports customer requirements by ensuring timely execution of projects and effective communication on production status.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong production planning and control skills, including scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in fabrication and manufacturing processes, preferably in fixtures, conveyors, material handling equipment, and MS/SS vessels or tanks.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality management, process improvement, and familiarity with lean manufacturing or similar methodologies.
- Candidates should possess team leadership abilities, including supervising shop-floor staff, performance management, and workforce training.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and coordination skills for working with design, procurement, quality, and customer-facing teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in industrial engineering, project execution, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards will be beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chinchwad and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing workplace is required.
