Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production activities for retail fit-outs, signage, and fixtures. This role includes planning and scheduling production, coordinating with design, procurement, fabrication, Wood Work and installation teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

The Production

Manager monitors resource allocation, supervises workshop and site operations, and implements production processes and safety practices that support efficient, high-quality output. Daily responsibilities also include vendor and subcontractor coordination, material tracking,



and resolving operational issues to minimize delays and rework. The role requires regular reporting on production status, active participation in project reviews, and close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to meet brand and performance expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning and scheduling skills, with experience managing multiple projects and tight timelines.
- Hands-on knowledge of fabrication, Wood Work , signage production, and retail fit-out processes, including materials, machinery, and installation methods.
- Ability to supervise workshop and site teams, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain safe, organized working environments.
- Proficient in vendor management, cost control, and basic budgeting to support on-time and cost-effective delivery.
- Positive communication and coordination skills for collaborating with design, project management, procurement, and client teams.
- Experience implementing quality control checks and continuous improvement practices within production operations.
- Familiarity with project management tools or software and basic MS Office skills for reporting and documentation.
- Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in engineering, production, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in signage, retail fixtures, interior fit-outs, or related manufacturing/production environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, adapt to changing project demands, and travel to client locations or sites as needed.
