Responsible for production activities - Stamping, Welding,Machining & Assembly
Responsible for production targets are met as per production plan
Review Production plan and support team to achieve target
Process revalidation and adhering to control plans in production for process controls
Raising deviation note if some process is not running as per work standard To work towards reduction of rework and rejection
Ensure compliance to 5S, Safety & Continuous Improvement
Responsible for documentation and filing required under IATF 16949:2016, ISO45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018, ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 27001:2022
responsible for resource allocation.
Review of SAP- PP Modules reports
