Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Production Executive to manage and monitor daily pharmaceutical production activities. The candidate will ensure that production targets are achieved as per the production plan while maintaining product quality, safety standards, and compliance with company SOPs and applicable GMP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily production activities according to the approved production plan.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager, Stores, QA/QC, and Maintenance departments.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and manpower before starting production.
- Monitor production processes and ensure timely completion of daily targets.
- Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR), batch packaging records (BPR), and other production documents, as applicable.
- Ensure that production activities follow approved SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Monitor material consumption, production output, and wastage.
- Ensure that the quantity produced matches the approved production plan and report any excess or shortage.
- Maintain proper records of production activities, machine usage, and downtime.
- Identify production delays, process issues,



and operational problems and report them to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the production area.
- Monitor equipment and machinery performance and coordinate with the Maintenance department when required.
- Ensure that extra materials are not left unattended on production lines or in the production area.
- Coordinate with the Stores department for timely issuance and return of materials.
- Support quality checks, audits, and investigations related to production activities.
- Prepare daily production reports and update relevant MIS records.

Required Qualifications
- B. Pharma / M. Pharma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / relevant diploma, depending on the production process.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and production documentation will be an advantage.
