Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Pune.

The Production

Engineer will oversee day-to-day fabrication activities, including monitoring production processes, coordinating with shop floor teams, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, optimizing resource utilization,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in portable cabin and prefab manufacturing. The role involves collaborating with design, procurement, and quality teams, resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate production documentation and reports.

The Production

Engineer will also help drive quality, cost, and delivery performance to meet customer requirements and support reliable project execution.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Production Engineering, with practical experience in fabrication or prefab manufacturing environments.
- Production Planning skills to manage workflows, capacity, material utilization, and timelines effectively.
- Quality Control skills to inspect components, monitor process quality, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Analytical Skills to interpret production data, diagnose process issues, and implement improvement actions.
- Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Relevant technical qualification such as a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Familiarity with fabrication drawings, basic CAD tools, and production reporting systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced industrial environment, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and problem-solving.
