Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Engineer to monitor manufacturing operations, achieve production targets, improve process efficiency, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily production line activities and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve production-related issues.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain production reports,



process documentation, and performance records.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurring production issues.
- Monitor resource utilization and contribute to operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
- Good understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of quality control, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Compensation

CTC will be as per company standards and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
