Job DescriptionWe are looking for a hands-on Production Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer to manage manufacturing, fabrication, machining, and assembly activities for our industrial automation and robotic systems.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, shop-floor management experience, and the ability to independently execute manufacturing activities while ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production and manufacturing activities.
- Manage shop-floor manpower, allocate work, and monitor productivity.
- Oversee heavy fabrication, welding, machining, mechanical assembly, and machine-building activities.
- Interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly drawings.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and project teams to meet production schedules.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy, workmanship, and quality standards during manufacturing and assembly.
- Monitor material availability, production progress, and machine utilization.
- Identify and resolve manufacturing bottlenecks and technical issues.




- Ensure compliance with industrial safety procedures and shop-floor discipline.
- Manage external vendors for fabrication, machining, and other manufacturing processes when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in heavy machinery manufacturing or machine building.
- Strong knowledge of heavy fabrication, welding, machining processes, and mechanical assembly.
- Practical experience in manufacturing industrial machinery, automation equipment, or SPMs.
- Ability to read mechanical engineering drawings and understand manufacturing tolerances.
- Experience in manpower handling, production planning, and quality control.
- Solid problem-solving skills and willingness to work directly on the shop floor.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates from heavy machinery manufacturing, machine-building, industrial equipment manufacturing, SPM manufacturing, and industrial automation companies will be preferred. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of manufacturing execution, manages teams effectively, and delivers quality machines within committed timelines.

Compensation: ₹7–9 LPA, depending on experience and technical capabilities.
