We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our Production – Assembly team. The role involves monitoring production activities, supporting assembly operations, maintaining product quality, achieving production targets, and ensuring compliance with safety and process standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities and machine operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
- Monitor quality and process parameters during production.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Identify and report machine or process issues to the concerned team.
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Support process improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S in the production area.
- Support shift production activities and other responsibilities assigned by the HOD.
Required Skill Set
- Basic Mechanical Engineering knowledge.
- Understanding of production processes.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Basic machine-handling knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
