A Product Specialist acts as the primary subject matter expert for a product or product line, bridging the gap between product development, sales, marketing, and customer support.

Job Summary We are looking for a knowledgeable and driven Product Specialist to serve as the go-to authority on our product’s technical and functional capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, engineering, marketing, and customer service—to drive market adoption, optimize performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Product Expertise: Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of the product's features, technical specifications, integrations, and competitive positioning. Sales & Marketing Enablement: Support the sales team with product demonstrations, pitches, technical documentation,



and customer Q&A; sessions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Relay customer feedback, feature requests, and bug reports from the front lines back to the product and engineering teams. Customer & Partner Training: Conduct onboarding, workshops, and training sessions for internal teams, clients, or external partners. Market & Data Analysis: Track product performance metrics, analyze customer support tickets or reviews, and research market/competitor trends.

Pay: ₹325,000.00 - ₹1,410,000.00 per year
