Product Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and technical Product Specialist with an M.Sc. in Physics to bridge the gap between product development, scientific accuracy, and technical marketing. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert on physics-based products—driving pre-launch testing, creating precise technical documentation, overseeing visual marketing shoots, managing catalogue content, and acting as the primary point of resolution for customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Knowledge & Mastery: Develop a deep, authoritative understanding of our physics products, underlying scientific principles, technical specifications, and end-user applications.
- Product Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead hands-on testing and quality validation for physical equipment and products; identify performance issues, log bugs, and ensure hardware/software readiness prior to release.
- Catalogue Management & Content Creation: Write accurate product descriptions, detailed technical specifications, datasheets, and comprehensive catalogue entries across digital and print channels.
- Technical Documentation & Manual Writing: Author clear, scientifically accurate, and user-friendly product manuals, quick-start guides, safety protocols, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Product Development Collaboration: Partner directly with the Design & Development team to convey field feedback, propose product improvements, and support new product launches.
- Marketing Shoots & Content Direction: Plan, direct, and manage the technical setup for 5+ marketing/commercial shoots,



ensuring accurate physical representation, precise demonstration, and visual quality.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to communicate complex technical features, draft value-proposition messaging, and highlight real-world applications.
- Customer Query Management: Act as the primary technical contact for complex customer inquiries, delivering clear, expert solutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: M.Sc. in Physics is Mandatory
- Core Competency: Robust conceptual grasp of core physics principles with the ability to apply theoretical concepts to real-world products and experiments.

- Experience:
- 5+ marketing shoots managed or directed with a focus on accurate technical and product representation.
- Proven track record in product testing, quality control, or scientific instrumentation validation.
- Direct experience in technical writing, product manual creation, and catalogue management.
- Demonstrated background in managing technical customer support or client queries.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong ability to translate complex physics principles into clear, digestible content for non-technical audiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail regarding technical parameters and product safety.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong collaborative mindset for working across R&D;, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
