Are you an experienced Product Owner passionate about transforming digital manufacturing and warehouse operations? We are looking for a high-performing leader to take charge of our product backlog and drive cutting-edge supply chain solutions.
? Role: Product Owner
? Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field)
⏳ Experience: 10+ Years (5–7+ years as a Product Owner in Agile environments)
? Compensation / Budget: ₹18 LPA – ₹19 LPA
? Key Responsibilities:
- Backlog Ownership: Define, refine, and prioritize user stories, features, and epics to deliver maximum business value.
- Bridge Vision to Execution: Translate strategic product vision into actionable, testable development requirements.
- Agile Leadership: Partner daily with engineering teams across sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Balance business needs, client goals,
and technical capabilities seamlessly.
- Domain Leadership: Apply deep expertise in WMS, inventory management, material flow, and smart manufacturing processes.
? What We’re Looking For:
- Core expertise in Digital Manufacturing & Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) .
- Strong technical acumen to navigate complex engineering trade-offs.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies ( CSPO certification is a strong plus ).
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional management skills.
