DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Preparing brand plan for assigned brands.
2. Collection and analysis of sales data particularly to territory-wise, area-wise and state-wise wise on weekly basis.
3.
Identify weak territories in terms of performance; find out reason for low performance by way of communication. Suggest activities, strategies, and tactics for the improvement of performance and do regular follow-up for improvement.
4. Keep record of ownership states, study and support the respective owner state in addition to brands.
5. Co-ordination with various functional departments to ensure timely dispatch of promotional material like Samples, Inputs & Gifts.
6. Briefing and informing Managers regarding the effective usage and implementation of promotional inputs.
7. Regular field working in assigned territories individual or joint working basis.
8. Collecting and analysing competitors’ promotional activities
9. Suggesting new molecules and current brands.
10. Developing training material, medical, marketing, FAQs, and updating marketing information on a regular basis.
11. Sending regular motivating communications to the field staff.
12. Handling product related queries and communicating to respective department.
