About Flick Network

Flick Network is a technology company operating across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Malaysia, Nigeria and other markets. We are an accredited Peppol Access Point, helping businesses comply with government e-invoicing mandates by connecting enterprise ERP systems to national e-invoicing networks.

We are now building Flick Tools, a straightforward, all-in-one business management product for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The platform will bring quotations, invoicing, billing, payments, customer management and basic accounting together, with e-invoicing compliance built in.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own Flick Tools end to end. You will understand SMB customer needs, research the market, define the product roadmap and translate business requirements into clear product specifications.

Working closely with the founders, design and engineering teams, you will shape a product that small businesses find easy to use and are willing to pay for.

This is a product ownership role, not just a coordination role.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the product vision, roadmap and feature priorities.
- Conduct customer interviews and market research with SMB owners, accountants and bookkeepers.
- Analyse competitors such as Zoho Invoice, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally and other relevant products.
- Prepare Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop intuitive user experiences and deliver product features.
- Improve customer onboarding, self-service signup, activation and conversion.
- Work with sales and marketing teams on product pricing, packaging and go-to-market strategy.
- Define and monitor product metrics, including activation, retention, conversion and churn.




- Make evidence-based product decisions using customer feedback, market research and product data.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, with ownership of a product or major feature area from concept to launch.
- Experience with SMB-focused or self-service SaaS products.
- Relevant experience in billing, invoicing, accounting or business management software.
- Familiarity with products such as Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, Vyapar or similar platforms is preferred.
- Understanding of customer acquisition funnels, onboarding, activation, free trials or freemium business models.
- Strong customer research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with engineering teams and understand APIs, data models and integrations.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and make data-driven decisions.

Good to Have
- Exposure to e-invoicing and tax compliance, including UAE FTA, ZATCA, Peppol, Indian GST e-invoicing or Malaysia's MyInvois.
- Experience serving SMB customers in India or GCC markets.
- Experience in POS, inventory management or payments products.
- Experience with SaaS pricing and packaging.
- Startup or early-stage product-building experience.
