1. Market Research & Vendor Identification

- Competitor & Trend Analysis: Keep track of market prices, raw material trends, and upcoming craft styles to identify the right vendors who can supply high-demand products.
- Vendor Verification: Conduct due diligence to ensure newly identified vendors meet authentic handmade standards, production capacities, and ethical labor practices.
2. Communication & Relationship Building

- Clear Expectations: Communicate technical design requirements, quality standards, packaging rules, and strict timelines to vendors in simple, accessible language.
- Conflict Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve supplier disputes, delivery delays,
or quality misunderstandings through exceptional interpersonal skills.
3. Deal Closing & Commercial Negotiation
- Strategic Deal Closing: Finalize end-to-end contracts that secure competitive pricing, optimal payment terms, and consistent supply lines for retail outlets and exhibitions.
- Win-Win Negotiations: Negotiate material and production costs to protect Craftroots' retail margins while maintaining fair-trade wages for creators.
- Volume Contracting: Secure long-term bulk deals for core, year-round inventory items to minimize seasonal price fluctuations.

- Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with modern Inventory Control, ERP software, or E-procurement tracking tools
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
