Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement activities for our Interior Fit-Out, Electrical, MEP, Metal Fabrication, and Repair & Maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement of interior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fabrication, hardware, and maintenance materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
- Obtain competitive quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and execution teams to understand material requirements.
- Review BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications before procurement.
- Negotiate pricing, credit periods, payment terms, and long-term vendor agreements.
- Develop and maintain an extensive vendor database across different material categories.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Monitor pending purchase orders, deliveries, and procurement schedules.
- Coordinate with accounts for vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliation.
- Maintain purchase registers, procurement MIS reports,



and vendor performance records.
- Manage urgent material requirements across multiple project locations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate or Diploma holder in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in interior fit-out, MEP, fabrication, or contracting companies.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, electrical products, plumbing, HVAC, steel, metal fabrication, and hardware.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor development, and cost control skills.
- Strong connections with manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers in Hyderabad.
- Ability to understand BOQs, drawings, material specifications, and project requirements.
- Experience handling multiple projects and procurement deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, vendor comparison statements, purchase orders, and procurement reporting.
- Strong communication, commercial negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and report directly to management.
