Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing and procurement plans for direct materials.

- Manage categories including electrical and electronic components, automation, cabinets, switchgear, and related commodities.

- Drive supplier selection, development, negotiations, contracts, risk management, and supply continuity.

- Achieve cost savings, productivity improvements, and procurement financial targets.

- Lead supplier performance reviews, standardization, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, and supply chain teams.

- Lead and develop procurement teams while managing stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10+ years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or electrical/electronics industries.

- Solid expertise in direct procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.

- Experience in cost optimization, supplier risk management, and procurement performance improvement.

- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and change-management skills.
