This is a permanent role on the direct payroll of the hiring company. It is not a third-party, contract or consultancy position. No fees are charged at any stage of hiring.

HOT VACANCY: PROCUREMENT & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

One desk, two jobs that belong together. You will buy the right IT, telecom and security products at the right price, and then make sure every rupee is booked, reconciled, paid and collected correctly. If you can negotiate a firewall deal in the morning and close the GST reconciliation by evening, this role is built for you.

We are a fast-growing Pune-based MSP, MSSP and systems integrator with operations in India, the USA and Singapore. We deliver managed networks, managed firewalls, cloud, backup and DR, endpoint security, enterprise connectivity and fiber broadband for 11,000+ subscribers.

Role & Responsibilities

Procurement (Purchase)

- Run the full purchase cycle from start to finish: RFQ, vendor comparison, negotiation, PO, delivery, GRN and invoice closure
- Buy IT, networking, telecom and security products, including firewalls, switches, routers, servers, CCTV, fiber and passive components, licences and subscriptions
- Build and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors and channel partners such as Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Dell, Hikvision, Ingram and Redington
- Prepare comparative statements, protect margins and secure the best landed cost
- Maintain vendor master, rate contracts, stock records and warranty/AMC data

Accounts

- Book purchase and sales invoices, expenses, credit notes and debit notes in Tally / Zoho Books
- Manage accounts payable and receivable:



vendor payments, customer billing, follow-ups and collections
- Do bank, vendor and customer ledger reconciliations
- Handle GST compliance: GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data, 2B reconciliation, e-invoice and e-way bills, and TDS deductions
- Prepare MIS reports on purchases, outstanding payments, cash flow and project-wise costing
- Coordinate with the CA for monthly closing and audits

Preferred Candidate Profile

- At least 2 years in an MSP, system integrator, IT reseller, ISP/telecom or cybersecurity company
- Strong purchase knowledge: vendor negotiation, PO process, payment terms and costing
- Hands-on accounts experience with Tally Prime and/or Zoho Books, GST, TDS and reconciliations
- Working knowledge of IT, networking, telecom and cybersecurity products, enough to buy them correctly
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and an eye for accuracy
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) preferred
