Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Analyst role based in Chennai.

The Procurement

Analyst will support end-to-end procurement activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The role involves analyzing supplier performance and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve processes,



and ensure timely availability of materials and services. The individual will assist in contract evaluation and negotiation, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

The Procurement

Analyst will also contribute to demand forecasting, inventory planning, and continuous improvement initiatives within the group’s supply chain operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Procurement and Purchase Order management skills, including vendor coordination and order tracking.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation, cost analysis, and performance reporting.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills to support favorable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement or ERP software; familiarity with supply chain and inventory management concepts.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a quick-paced, in office environment.
- Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain analysis in retail, FMCG, or agriculture sectors is an advantage.
