Job Title: Team Leader – Quick Commerce We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage daily Dark Store operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise Dark Store associates and daily operations. Ensure timely picking, packing, and order dispatch. Monitor productivity, attendance, and team performance. Maintain inventory accuracy and reduce operational losses. Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards. Handle customer/order-related operational escalations.
Requirements: 6 Months To 1 Year of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Dark Store Operations . Robust team-handling and operational management skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
