Job Overview

We are hiring customer-focused and sales-oriented Process Executives for a banking process. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in online sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking products and online sales.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Generate sales opportunities, follow up with prospective customers, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and processes accurately.

Maintain high standards of customer service and professional telephone etiquette.

Update customer interactions, sales leads, and call outcomes in the system.

Ensure compliance with banking policies, customer data confidentiality, and process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification:



Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in online sales is preferred.

Communication: Valuable verbal communication skills in English.

Versant Score: Level 5 or 6 required.

Process: Voice – inbound and outbound calls.

Skills: Sales orientation, negotiation, customer handling, objection management, and target achievement.

Availability: Candidates should be comfortable working in the specified shift.

Monthly CTC

₹30,000–₹40,000

Work Location: Malad, Mumbai

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in online sales, telesales, telecalling, customer acquisition, or banking product sales will be preferred. Applicants should have a customer-first approach, confidence in handling voice interactions, and a proven ability to convert sales opportunities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
