:

Commercial Lending Specialist:

- The Commercial lending specialist is responsible for reviewing and processing the commercial loan applications
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and credit reports.
- Assess borrowers' creditworthiness and identify potential lending risks.
- Prepare loan packages and supporting documentation for underwriting and approval.
- Coordinate with relationship managers, underwriters, legal teams, and clients throughout the loan process.
- Ensure all loan files comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor existing commercial loan portfolios and identify potential issues.
- Assist with loan closings, funding, and post-closing documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in lending systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- The Analyst must have a solid knowledge regarding the US mortgage process.

Documentation Management:





- Creates charts/graphs/color coding of analysis results and follows up with client’s business units to ensure corrective action identified has been corrected within client’s LOS systems.
- Perform a review of fair lending attributes including adverse action of denied/withdrawn files including exceptions to underwriting guidelines and mitigating factors.

Customer Service:

- Works with client’s business units to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
- Works with client’s business units to identify and resolve processes and procedural issues related to data integrity.

Quality Control:

- Assure the accuracy of the documents provided by the borrower through a sampling and testing process, referring to the original loan documents scanned into the electronic storage facilities for data verification.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to continuously improve processes.
