Role & responsibilities

Proactively identify and undertake process engineering activities for the Plant for improving capacity utilization, reducing cycle time, optimizing manpower utilization, enhancing productivity etc. across Departments, in line with organizational requirement

¢ Analyze production processes for possibilities of reduction of cycle time and other process improvements for enhanced productivity along with the production Department, submit recommendations to the Plant Head for approval and ensure implementation on approved action

¢ Lead identification of Value Analysis Value Engineering activities aimed at cost reduction and ensure necessary actions post approvals

¢ Monitor execution of routine process engineering activities such as cycle time studies, as per schedule and review their implementation

¢ Lead interactions with the Plant Head and senior leadership Team for implementing large scale project engineering initiatives such as expansion projects related to line or machine additions, layout changes, workplace related projects etc.

¢ Constitute a CFT at the plant and undertake effective execution of the identified improvement projects
