Role Description The Process Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at ABPL’s facility in Bahadurgarh. This role is responsible for coordinating daily production and process workflows, tracking job orders, and ensuring that manufacturing activities follow established procedures and quality standards.

The Process

Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document and update process steps, monitor timelines, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.



The position also involves maintaining clear communication between production, quality, and service teams, preparing process reports, and assisting in implementing new systems or process changes in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret process data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in Business Process Improvement, including mapping workflows, standardizing procedures, and implementing efficiency enhancements.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with production, quality, service, and management teams and document processes clearly.
- Foundational Project Management abilities to plan, track, and follow up on process-related tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Knowledge of Quality Management principles to support adherence to quality standards and assist in audits or inspections.
- Relevant technical or engineering diploma/degree (mechanical or industrial engineering preferred) and experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP or production management systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in office in Bahadurgarh with a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
