Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Audit professional with a strong accounting and finance background to review business processes, assess internal controls, identify operational and financial risks, and recommend practical improvements to ensure process efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct process audits and internal audits covering accounting, finance, and operational activities.
- Review business processes, accounting records, supporting documents, and transactions to identify errors, deviations, and control gaps.
- Perform transaction testing, sample verification, reconciliations, and compliance checks.
- Understand existing business processes through process walkthroughs and discussions with client teams.
- Evaluate internal controls, adherence to SOPs, company policies, and established procedures.
- Identify audit observations, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare audit working papers, document findings, and develop transparent audit reports with actionable recommendations.




- Discuss audit findings with client stakeholders and coordinate with process owners to address identified issues.
- Conduct follow-up reviews to monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate audit documentation and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) or an equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Process Audit, Internal Audit, or a similar role.
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge is mandatory.
- Understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, audit procedures, and risk assessment.
- Working knowledge of transaction testing, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and observation skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with client teams.
- Willingness to work at the client location in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
