The Process Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and improving operational activities and internal processes to ensure smooth workflow, effective coordination, and timely execution. The role requires strong follow-up, communication, and data management skills to maintain high service standards across departments.

- Workflow Management &
- Tracking:

Oversee the valuation process from assignment to final delivery, ensuring reports move through stages (inspection, drafting, review, submission) efficiently.

- Followup with doers to meet there time line with Quality.

- Data &

- System Management:

Maintain high-volume data in CRM systems, valuation software, or trackers to ensure all property documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

- Quality Assurance &

- Compliance:

Monitor reports for errors and compliance with Supports the operation team with consisting clients there CRM/DIRECT to get the require Information.

- Turnaround Time (TAT) Management: Proactively track deadlines to ensure reports are completed within promised timelines.





- Document Preparation: Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting valuation reports and market analysis documents.

Core Qualifications &

- Skills

- Experience: Previous experience in real state, appraisal management, or administrative coordination, often requiring 1-3 years of experience.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets) and CRM tools.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to monitor processes and recommend improvements.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for high-stakes communication with clients and stakeholders.

- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in complex valuation documents.
