Must Have Skills:

- Experience reviewing and managing privacy-related tickets generated by automated detection systems, independently remediating issues when possible and escalating when necessary.

- Strong working knowledge of privacy laws, regulations, and compliance requirements across multiple geographic regions.

- Demonstrated experience conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), particularly for AI development initiatives.

- Excellent organizational skills to track outstanding privacy tickets, proactively follow up on aging issues, and ensure timely remediation.

- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional business units to coordinate remediation efforts, monitor progress, and ensure identified privacy concerns are resolved.

Responsibilities and Job Details:

- Review, assess, and manage privacy issues identified through automated privacy detection and monitoring systems.





- Evaluate incoming privacy tickets to determine appropriate remediation actions, independently resolving issues when feasible.

- Escalate complex privacy concerns to the appropriate business units and coordinate resolution efforts.

- Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for AI development initiatives, identifying potential privacy risks and recommending mitigation strategies.

- Apply knowledge of global privacy regulations and compliance requirements when assessing and addressing privacy concerns.

- Maintain accurate tracking of open privacy tickets, remediation activities, escalations, and resolution statuses.

- Proactively monitor aging tickets, follow up with responsible stakeholders, and drive outstanding issues toward closure.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate remediation activities and ensure accountability for assigned actions.

- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding privacy risks, remediation progress, and outstanding issues.

- Ensure identified privacy concerns are appropriately documented, addressed, and closed with clear feedback loops.

- Work independently in a fully remote workplace while managing multiple privacy-related priorities and deadlines.
