We’re a global technology leader building the infrastructure behind AI data centers and cloud networks. We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer to own the networking software stack for AI workloads, from inception to delivery.

What you’ll own:

? System architecture and design across all components of the AI networking software stack

? Benchmarking, analysis, and performance optimization for AI workloads

? Working with open-source communities and global partners to build and release key software components

? Collaborating with customers and partners worldwide to deliver high-quality networking stacks

You’re a great fit if you have:

✅ Deep understanding of high-performance networking software, with 15+ years leading software product delivery

✅ Strong grasp of computer architecture, operating systems, data structures, algorithms,



and multi-core programming

✅ Ability to mentor junior engineers and guide the team

✅ Excellent communication and a knack for writing clear, concise specifications

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or a related STEM field (or equivalent experience)

Valuable to have:

DPDK/VPP and L2-L7 data plane experience, RoCE, libFabric, OpenMPI, NCCL/oneCCL, PyTorch-based training, Kubernetes/CNIs, open-source contribution, and CI/CD
