Our client is a leading global alternative investment firm. They are looking for a senior, hands-on engineer to shape and build the technology behind their global HR platforms, combining strong cloud engineering with enterprise integration. HR technology experience is welcome but not essential – engineering depth, business understanding and strong communication matter most.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- To design and build secure, scalable cloud-native applications on AWS using C# and/or Python.
- To integrate enterprise SaaS platforms with internal applications via APIs and middleware.
- To translate business needs into technical solutions, partnering with stakeholders across regions.
- To set engineering standards and help shape the technical roadmap.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, including senior or lead engineering roles.
- Strong programming skills in C# and/or Python.
- Proven experience building on AWS or another major cloud platform, with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes etc.




- Experience integrating enterprise or SaaS platforms via APIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global workplace.
- Exposure to HR platforms (Workday, ServiceNow, Dayforce etc.) or financial services is a plus.
