Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide academic and administrative leadership for the college.

- Plan, organize, and supervise academic activities, teaching schedules, examinations, and practical training.

- Ensure implementation of approved curricula and academic standards.

- Maintain compliance with applicable government regulations, university affiliation requirements, and qualified council norms.

- Oversee student admissions, attendance, discipline, academic progress, and student welfare.

- Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of laboratories, equipment, classrooms, libraries, and other educational facilities.

- Prepare academic reports, budgets, institutional records, and documentation for inspections and accreditation.

- Promote research, seminars, workshops, conferences, and professional development activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Master's degree in a relevant paramedical, medical technology,



or allied health science discipline, as appropriate to the courses offered by the institution.

- Ph.D. or other additional qualifications preferred where applicable.

- Relocation Preference: Candidates should be willing to relocate to Kotdwar, Uttarakhand

- Relevant teaching experience in a recognized paramedical, allied health, or healthcare education institution.

- Prior experience in academic administration, preferably as a Principal, Vice-Principal, Head of Department, or senior faculty member.

- Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, university affiliation procedures, academic administration, and examination systems.

- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
