Roles and Responsibilities :

- Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans for preschool children aged 0-3 years old.

- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning workplace that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students.

- Assess student progress through observation, documentation, and reporting to parents/guardians.

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and performance.

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (B.Ed preferred).

- 0-3 years of experience as a Primary Teacher or Preschool Teacher.

- Strong knowledge of child psychology and pedagogy with ability to apply it effectively in classroom settings.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with parents/guardians.
