- Plan, evaluate, and implement early years curriculum.
- Ensure teaching methods are play-based, engaging, and tailored to young learners' developmental needs.
- Facilitate lesson planning and coordinate academic assessments, activities, and events.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Pre-Primary educators.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide actionable, constructive feedback.
Eligibility Criteria : Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (NTT, ECCE, or B.Ed. is highly preferred) Experience Required:-Min 3 -5 years of working experience in Administration or Coordinator position in IGSC , IB School.
