– PRE-SALES / TELECALLER Job Location Working Hours Experience Industry Recent Panvel 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM 1–6 Years Real Estate Salary About the Role n15,000 – n25,000 per month Space India Builders & Developers is looking for a confident and customer-focused Pre-Sales / Telecaller to join our team in New Panvel. Candidates with prior experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in real estate projects.

- Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project information.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, amenities, and other relevant information.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Maintain and update lead/customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for effective lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and site-visit targets.




- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the sales process.

Candidate

Requirements • 1–6 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Handling.

- Candidates with Real Estate experience will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and customer-handling abilities.
- Confident and professional approach.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an added advantage.
- Candidates comfortable working in New Panvel are preferred.

Compensation Salary: n15,000 – n25,000 per month, based on experience, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
