About the Role:

We are hiring a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team in Mehsana. In this role, you will contact potential customers through outbound calls, understand their requirements, explain our products/services at a high level, and identify genuinely interested prospects.

Once a lead shows interest or meets the qualification criteria, you will transfer the call to the senior sales leader or schedule a meeting with the concerned senior person. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in sales, business development, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists, databases, and marketing campaigns.
- Contact inbound leads promptly and follow up consistently until the lead is qualified, converted, or closed.
- Introduce the company, products, and services clearly and professionally.
- Understand the prospect’s requirements, business needs, budget range, decision-making authority, and timeline.
- Qualify leads based on interest, fit, and readiness to speak with the senior sales team.
- Transfer interested and qualified leads to the Team Leader, Sales Manager, or relevant senior person through live call transfer.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or consultations between qualified prospects and senior team members.
- Send meeting confirmations, reminders, and required pre-meeting information to prospects.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls, lead status, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM/Excel tracker.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and follow-up processes.
- Handle basic objections professionally and route complex queries to the senior team.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused approach in every interaction.

Requirements

- Any graduate; candidates from sales, business development, customer support, telecalling, or lead generation backgrounds are preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Confident telephone manner and ability to speak with customers professionally.
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer requirements.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, Excel, Google Sheets, and lead-management tools is preferred.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and consistently follow up with leads.
- Good time management, discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work from the Mehsana office.
