We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Pres Sales Executive(Telecaller) to join our growing team in luxury real estate sales. The role involves connecting with prospective homebuyers - Investors, corporates, retail home-buyers etc over the phone, understanding their property requirements, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings/site visits for the sales team.

Salary – 15-18K/month

Educational Qualification –Any Graduate with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.

Generate qualified sales leads for luxury residential current projects. Respond to property enquiries and provide basic project information.

Manage WhatsApp Business chats,



website enquiries and social media leads in addition to telecalling.

Understand customer requirements, budgets, preferred locations and purchase timelines.

Qualify leads and pass interested prospects to the Sales Managers

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.

Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.

Follow up with interested customers regularly.

Support the sales team in achieving lead conversion and site-visit targets.

Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.
