Role & responsibilities

- Lead, monitor and motivate a team of Pre Sales Executives

- Coordinate with the sales team to fix and confirm customer site visits

- Train the team on project knowledge, pricing, USPs and the sales pitch

- Coach the team on soft skills: communication, objection handling and follow-ups

- Track daily and weekly targets, site-visit numbers and conversions

- Keep CRM and lead records accurate, and report progress to management

- Hire, onboard and mentor current Pre Sales Executives

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Team Leader in real estate pre sales (real estate experience is mandatory)

- Excellent spoken and written English (compulsory)

- Strong understanding of lead management, tele-calling and site-visit coordination

- Good leadership, coaching and target-driven skills

- Working knowledge of CRM
