Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Manager to lead and manage a large voice-based pre-sales team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, customer care, and sales operations experience, with a proven track record of managing large teams and achieving business targets.

The candidate will be responsible for managing 50+ callers through 34 Team Leaders, driving lead allocation and site visit (SV) targets, improving team productivity, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Role & Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a pre-sales team of 50+ callers through 34 Team Leaders.

Drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead allocation, customer engagement, and site visits.

Monitor team performance, productivity, call quality, and target achievement.

Ensure a minimum monthly call quality score of 90% across audited calls.

Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and site visit bookings.

Monitor attendance, shrinkage, employee engagement, and attrition.

Coach and mentor Team Leaders to improve team performance and leadership capabilities.

Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.

Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to senior management.

Forecast team performance and plan resources to achieve business objectives.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively.

Implement employee retention strategies and work toward a 95% retention target.

Identify training needs and develop future leaders within the team.





Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of customer care experience, with voice-process experience mandatory.

Minimum 4 years of team-handling experience in a managerial role.

Proven experience managing 50+ callers through 3–4 Team Leaders.

Experience in domestic or international voice processes.

Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.

Experience managing targets, call quality, productivity, shrinkage, and attrition.

Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Hindi.

Graduates and non-graduates are eligible to apply.

Preferred Experience

Experience in real estate pre-sales, inside sales, or customer relationship management.

Knowledge of lead management, customer follow-ups, and site visit conversions.

Experience managing inbound or outbound voice teams.

Lead allocation and site visit target achievement.
