Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head – Pre-Sales to lead the Pre-Sales / Inside Sales function and manage the complete lead-to-site-visit conversion funnel. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, lead management, CRM operations, MIS reporting and improving conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Pre-Sales / Inside Sales team to achieve business targets.
- Oversee lead allocation, customer calling, qualification, follow-ups and site-visit generation.
- Monitor lead conversion, lead ageing, untouched leads and lead leakage.
- Ensure effective CRM usage, preferably Sell.Do, and maintain accurate lead records.
- Prepare and analyse MIS reports, dashboards and funnel performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Develop calling scripts, SOPs and follow-up processes to improve team productivity.
- Improve customer engagement,



response time and overall Pre-Sales efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology-driven process improvements.

Requirements

- 10–15 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Lead Management or Sales Operations.
- Real Estate industry experience preferred.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a target-driven team.
- Strong understanding of lead funnels, customer engagement and site-visit conversion.
- Hands-on CRM experience; Sell.Do knowledge preferred.
- Solid analytical, MIS reporting, leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive team performance, process discipline and conversion improvement.
