A.

Production

Planning &

- Scheduling

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders, customer requirements, and delivery schedules.

- Prepare and monitor machine-wise, component-wise, and assembly-wise production schedules.

- Track production progress against planned targets and identify delays or bottlenecks.

- Coordinate with the Production and Assembly teams to ensure timely completion of jobs.

- Revise production plans based on changes in priorities, material availability, and customer commitments.

B.

Material

Planning &

- Inventory Coordination

- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores departments to ensure the availability of raw materials, bought-out parts, and components as per production requirements.

- Monitor material shortages and follow up on pending purchase orders.

- Identify shortages that may affect production schedules and escalate them to the concerned departments.

- Coordinate material requirements with the production plan and maintain appropriate inventory levels.

C.

Interdepartmental

Coordination

- Coordinate with Design and Engineering for drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications required for production.

- Work closely with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Testing, and Assembly teams to resolve production-related issues.

- Follow up on component readiness, inspection status, assembly progress, and machine testing schedules.

- Communicate production priorities and delivery commitments to the concerned departments.

D.

Production

Monitoring &

- Reporting

- Maintain daily production reports, planned-versus-actual production records, and pending job status.

- Track work-in-progress (WIP), production completion, and pending assembly activities.

- Prepare reports on production delays, material shortages, and order-wise progress.





- Maintain accurate production planning records and update schedules regularly.

- Support management in identifying process bottlenecks and improving production efficiency.

E.

Process

Improvement

- Identify gaps in production planning and suggest corrective actions.

- Support efforts to reduce production delays, idle time, and material-related stoppages.

- Ensure adherence to approved production plans, internal procedures, and reporting requirements.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Candidates with relevant manufacturing experience will be preferred.

Experience

- Preferred: 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning &
- Control in a manufacturing organization.

- Experience in engineering, machinery manufacturing, industrial equipment, or machine assembly will be an advantage.

- Candidates with knowledge of plastic injection moulding machines or similar machinery manufacturing processes will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and material coordination.

- Understanding of BOMs, work orders, inventory, and work-in-progress tracking.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

- Experience with ERP/MRP or production planning software will be an advantage.

- Robust coordination, follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple production priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
