Key Requirements

- Experience: 10+ years in yarn/package dyeing operations.

- Product Knowledge: Specialized in Sewing Threads, Spun Polyester, and Filament Yarns.

- Core Skill: Expert in Shade Matching (visual & lab-dip recipe formulation).

- Technical Background: Deep understanding of disperse dyes, high-temperature polyester dyeing, and thread lubrication/finishing.

Key Responsibilities

- Shade Matching: Develop, adjust, and approve accurate color recipes for batch production.

- Production Control: Manage high-temperature dyeing vessels, liquor ratios, and cycle times to ensure zero shade variation and high color levelness.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure high color fastness (washing, light, rubbing) and defect-free output without yarn strength degradation.





- Chemical Management: Optimize consumption of disperse dyes, leveling agents, and auxiliaries to keep costs efficient.

- Supervision: Lead shift workers, enforce safety SOPs, and ensure smooth machine performance.
