We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, analytical, and responsible professional to join our Purchase Order and Quality Control team.

The ideal candidate must have exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify even minor discrepancies in product images, specifications, packaging, and purchase orders.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all products meet our requirements before purchase orders are released to factories and finished goods are approved for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Shipment Image Review & Approval

- Carefully review detailed product and packaging images submitted by factories before shipment.
- Compare shipping images against approved samples, Purchase Orders (POs), product specifications, and special instructions.
- Verify product colors, designs, artwork, labels, packaging, quantities, carton markings, and other required details.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, incorrect packaging, or deviations from approved specifications.
- Prepare detailed review reports and communicate corrections to factories.
- Ensure all requirements are satisfied before providing shipment approval.

2. Purchase Order Verification & Release

- Thoroughly review Purchase Orders before releasing them to factories.
- Verify product descriptions, item numbers, quantities, pricing, packaging details, delivery dates, and shipping instructions.
- Cross-check POs against approved quotations, product specifications, and order requirements.
- Identify errors or inconsistencies and coordinate corrections.
- Ensure POs are accurate, complete, and properly documented before release.

3. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate Excel trackers for PO verification, shipment approvals, and pending corrections.
- Prepare detailed discrepancy reports with supporting images and comments.
- Follow up with factories to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Maintain organized records of approvals, corrections,



and final shipment documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchase Order Management, Quality Control, Order Verification, Merchandising, or similar roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail is mandatory.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data comparison.
- Ability to review large amounts of product information and images accurately.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on documented requirements.
- Highly organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple orders simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating with overseas factories, especially Chinese manufacturers, is an advantage.
- Experience in consumer products, toys, gifts, accessories, or licensed merchandise is preferred.
