Key Responsibilities

- Lead PHE and plumbing design for residential, commercial, institutional and high-rise building projects.

- Design water supply, domestic water distribution, drainage, sewerage and stormwater systems.

- Develop plumbing layouts, schematic diagrams, design calculations and technical specifications.

- Design firefighting systems, including hydrants, sprinklers, pumps and related networks, wherever required.

- Work on rainwater harvesting, water conservation and wastewater management systems.

- Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

- Coordinate with architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical and site execution teams.

- Review BOQs, tender drawings, technical specifications and material requirements.

- Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, NBC requirements and local regulations.





- Review consultant drawings, resolve design discrepancies and provide technical support during project execution.

- Monitor design quality, project timelines, cost optimisation and coordination with external consultants.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in building plumbing and PHE design.

- Knowledge of water supply, drainage, sewerage and stormwater systems.

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit MEP preferred.

- Knowledge of NBC, relevant IS codes and plumbing design standards.

- Experience in design review, BOQ preparation and multidisciplinary coordination.

- Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
