Role & responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and pipelines.
- Identify and rectify water leakages, pipe blockages, and drainage issues.
- Maintain water supply lines, valves, taps, washbasins, and sanitary fixtures.
- Attend to plumbing complaints and complete repairs within the stipulated time.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of plumbing systems and water tanks.
- Inspect plumbing systems and report major faults to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and plumbing materials.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at the worksite.
- Coordinate with the R&M; team to ensure smooth campus operations.
- Maintain records of completed repairs and pending maintenance complaints.
Preferred candidate profile With 4-5 years of work experience.
