Role & responsibilities -

- Design, develop, test, and implement PLC programs using Allen-Bradley software.
- Work on ladder logic to automate, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial machinery and control systems.
- Perform onsite installation, commissioning, and testing of control systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 35 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming using Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000 / Version 17.
- Strong knowledge of ladder logic programming.
- Experience in PLC and HMI programming.
- Knowledge of Renu Automation systems, Andon display, and notification programming.
- Good understanding of industrial automation and control systems.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with engineering teams.
