Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, or ECE

Job Responsibilities

- Develop, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
- Work with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, or Omron.
- Develop and modify ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text programs.
- Configure and troubleshoot HMI and SCADA systems.
- Integrate PLCs with sensors, actuators, VFDs, servo drives, and other automation equipment.
- Perform PLC commissioning, machine testing, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
- Diagnose electrical and automation faults and implement corrective actions.
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and control panel drawings.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, and production activities.




- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and production teams to ensure smooth machine operation.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of hands-on PLC programming experience.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, and electrical circuits.
- Experience with HMI configuration, VFDs, and industrial communication protocols.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for machine installation and commissioning, if required.
