Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in CNC/VMC manufacturing and shop-floor management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day plant operations, including CNC and VMC machining activities.
2. Possess sound knowledge of engineering manufacturing processes, machining operations, cutting tools, tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
3. Understand engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining tolerances.
4. Have working knowledge of CAD/CAM software, CNC programming, and machining processes.
5. Ensure proper use of measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, and other inspection equipment.
