Job Summary

We are seeking a Plant Simulation Specialist with hands-on experience in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation and manufacturing process optimization. The role involves developing discrete-event simulation models to improve throughput, identify bottlenecks, optimize material flow, and enhance workforce utilization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain manufacturing simulation models using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- Conduct throughput, cycle-time, and bottleneck analysis.
- Simulate material movement, machine operations, buffers, and production flows.
- Optimize manpower allocation and resource utilization.




- Develop and maintain SimTalk or VBA scripts for simulation logic and automation.
- Perform scenario analysis, validate models, and present improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- Knowledge of Discrete Event Simulation (DES).
- Proficiency in SimTalk or VBA.
- Experience in material-flow simulation and manufacturing optimization.
- Understanding of throughput analysis, bottleneck identification, and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Education B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
