Role & responsibilities

- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, variance analysis, and business review presentations.

- Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and financial modelling.

- Partner with plant operations and business teams on revenue, margins, product costing, and financial performance.

- Monitor manufacturing costs, productivity KPIs, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.

- Validate project savings, benchmark costs, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.

- Ensure financial reporting accuracy, compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.

- Improve reporting processes, data quality, automation, and financial dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in manufacturing organizations, with strong exposure to plant finance and controlling.





- Expertise in FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and manufacturing costing.

- Experience supporting or managing a manufacturing plant with revenue responsibility exceeding 2,000 crore.

- Robust understanding of cost control, product costing, variance analysis, and productivity metrics.

- Ability to partner with plant operations and cross-functional business leaders.

- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and financial reporting skills.

- Automotive manufacturing, industrial engineering, electrical equipment, and other large-scale manufacturing organizations.
