Job Summary

We are urgently looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to oversee overall plant operations, production, quality, maintenance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, proven experience in plant management, and a background in the HVAC, Tubing, or Automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee overall plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Monitor plant performance, productivity, and operational costs.
- Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Lead and motivate production, quality, maintenance, and other plant teams.




- Optimize manpower utilization, machine performance, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and other departments to ensure timely production.
- Drive cost reduction, process improvement, and waste elimination initiatives.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, KPIs, and plant performance metrics.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- 15–18 years of total professional experience in manufacturing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Plant Head.
- Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following industries:
- HVAC
- Tubing
- Automobile
- Solid knowledge of production planning, quality control, maintenance, and plant operations.
- Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Pay: ₹558,000.00 - ₹1,950,000.00 per year
