Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial), Urban Planning, or Supply Chain/Logistics. B.E civil or holding degree in interior.

Salary: ₹30,000 -₹40,000 per month

About the Role

BK Infraservices Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Planning Manager to oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, progress monitoring and coordination across project teams. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical, organizational and communication skills, along with relevant experience in infrastructure, construction, civil engineering or interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Scheduling

Develop detailed project plans, work schedules and execution timelines.

Prepare and maintain project schedules using appropriate planning tools.

Establish project milestones, deliverables and critical activities.

Identify potential delays and develop corrective action plans.

Project Monitoring and Progress Tracking

Monitor project progress against approved schedules and targets.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for management.

Track planned versus actual progress and highlight deviations.

Ensure timely completion of project activities in coordination with site teams.

Resource Planning and Allocation

Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, machinery and other project resources.

Coordinate with procurement, vendors, contractors and site teams to ensure timely resource availability.

Identify resource constraints and recommend suitable solutions.

Coordination and Communication

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.





Conduct project review meetings and follow up on pending activities.

Ensure effective communication between planning, execution, procurement and management teams.

Cost and Risk Management

Assist in budget monitoring, cost control and resource optimization.

Identify project risks, scheduling conflicts and potential bottlenecks.

Recommend preventive and corrective measures to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain project schedules, progress records, planning documents and management reports.

Prepare look-ahead plans, milestone trackers and project status updates.

Maintain accurate documentation of project changes, delays and revised schedules.

Project Execution Support

Support project teams in achieving deadlines and operational targets.

Review project requirements and identify dependencies between activities.

Ensure planning activities align with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

Experience and Skills Required

6–10 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling or project management.

Experience in infrastructure, construction, civil engineering or interior fit-out projects is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel and project planning, scheduling and reporting tools.

Knowledge of project timelines, resource planning, progress tracking and cost monitoring.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple activities, prioritize tasks and work within strict deadlines.
