About the Role

NetTech India is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Manager to manage student placement activities and establish strong relationships with corporate hiring partners. The candidate will be responsible for generating placement opportunities, coordinating recruitment drives, and supporting students in securing suitable employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, corporate HR teams, and hiring managers.
- Identify and generate placement opportunities for students across IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Software Development, and other relevant domains.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, virtual interviews, and placement events.
- Understand company hiring requirements and match suitable candidates with relevant job openings.
- Coordinate with students, trainers, and internal teams to facilitate the placement process.
- Conduct resume-building sessions, interview preparation, and career guidance activities.
- Maintain an updated database of corporate contacts, job openings, student profiles, and placement records.
- Follow up with companies and candidates regarding interview schedules, selection updates, and offer letters.
- Build partnerships with companies for internships, live projects, and full-time employment opportunities.




- Prepare placement reports, MIS, and performance updates for management.
- Achieve placement targets and improve student placement outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in placements, corporate relations, recruitment, business development, or training and placement activities.
- Strong corporate networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and industry hiring trends.
- Ability to manage multiple placement activities and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and placement reporting.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with IT training institutes, educational institutions, colleges, or universities.
- Existing corporate and HR recruitment contacts will be an added advantage.
- Experience in student counselling, interview coordination, and placement management.

- Number of students successfully placed.
- Number of active corporate hiring partnerships.
- Number of placement drives and interview opportunities organized.
- Student interview-to-selection conversion ratio.
- Number of internships and live project opportunities generated.
- Student and employer satisfaction.
